Our jewelry is water-friendly and can be worn while showering, swimming in pools or the ocean, and exercising. Please note that prolonged exposure to chemicals and water may cause certain materials to discolor over time. We recommend rinsing your jewelry after exposure to chlorine or other chemicals. To restore shine, gently polish sterling silver and 14K gold-filled beads with a soft silver polishing cloth.
Every piece arrives in a branded black velvet pouch with an ElyseRyan product card, ready for gifting. Add our signature gift wrapping, featuring a branded box and elegant gift bag, for an additional $10. Gift messages are not currently available. Packing slips do not display prices.
Orders typically process within 3–4 business days. Estimated domestic delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. We offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more, as well as ground and next-day shipping options. Expedited shipping shortens transit time but does not change processing time. Custom orders and holiday periods may require additional time.
We want you to love your ElyseRyan jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging. Sale and promotional items are eligible for returns. Custom-made, personalized and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We cover return shipping. Exchanges are available for different sizes or styles. Please contact our team to arrange your return or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of receiving your return. Please allow up to seven additional business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are refundable.
We offer a one-year warranty covering breakage and abnormal wear and tear. Repairs and restringing are complimentary during the first 90 days from delivery. After that, repair fees are assessed individually.
The warranty does not cover loss, theft, mistreatment or normal wear and tear. To request a repair, contact ElyseRyan with your order number and photos of your piece. Customers are responsible for repair shipping. Repair turnaround is typically 14 business days.
